Climate House is a creative think tank commissioning, producing, and staging cultural interventions for a changing climate.

Part cultural institution, part creative studio, and part policy research and impact practice, Climate House centers work that helps restore public perception and collective authorship over the complex systems shaping public life today.

There are two primary ways to support Climate House at this phase:

Membership supports the foundation of the House through ongoing contributions that fund research, commissioning, and early-stage program development.

Program & Commissioning Support supports the production and launch of Climate House’s inaugural programs and major new works across Los Angeles and at-large initiatives.

All contributions help lay the foundation for Climate House’s public launch, funding the commissioning and production of new works, public programs, and a catalog of cultural interventions that center community-led, climate-responsive platforms for the public good.

This includes support for two parallel inaugural programs:

«a Los Angeles-based pilot climate museum anchored by BRADBAORI, an immersive exhibition led by Los Angeles artist, Joshua Ashish Dawson, and curated by Climate House confronting hydroclimate whiplash in the Los Angeles watershed»

and

«a traveling at-large program commissioning and hosting new work across strategic sites to advance global forest protections.»

All contributions are 100% tax-deductible through our fiscal sponsor, Fractured Atlas, a 501(c)3 arts organization.

Member contributions can be scheduled on a monthly basis or renewed annually. Members are helping lay the foundation for Climate House, supporting research, commissioning and program development that centers community-led, site-specific cultural interventions for the public good.

Foundation— $10/month ($120/year)
